Mike 整理了一些use case和user story的比較. 大家可以參考一下

1. size
Use case 和user story都是要deliver business value. 但是user story比較小, 這是我們有些限制, 像是要寫在便利貼上, 並且要求要來和customer溝通, 因此通常會比use case小

2. Level of completeness
User story只有一句話, use case則是很多scenarios, 甚至data disctionary.

3. Longevity
Use case是永久存在, user story則是這個iteration完後就沒用了

4. Purpose
Use Case 是寫給customer和developer, 讓他們能夠閱讀和同意用的, 也就是一個agreement. 而user story是用來幫助planning meeting的進行, 以及幫助在對話中了解更細節的需求.
