如何評量是否是一個好的QA

一個好的QA在於他的心態(mindset)是否正確, 但是心態這種東西是很難加以衡量的. 因此很多manager都是以數字來衡量績效好不好. 像是bug數, test case數, 或是有多少被automate.
可是我想數字這東西常常會造成一些副作用, 因為你只會看到數字, 而不會去想他背後的涵義, 或者是要因應目前狀況做去適當的調整.
所以作者認為與其考慮數字, 不如考慮下面事情

也就是說, 能夠想辦法幫助RD或是整個team, 讓他們把軟體做的更好才是重點. 找bug只是治標, 不是治本, 而且那也只是第一步. 好的QA要能分析它, 找出有用的資訊幫助RD能快速解決它, 讓RD知道customer要什麼, 以及下次要如何改進. 不視單單說找到bug了, 其他剩下就是RD的責任了
