Kanban v.s. Scrum, a practical Guide
Author: Henrik Kniberg

Scrum, a practical Guide", 是由Henrik Kniberg所撰寫的. Scrum and XP from the Trenches"一書的作者, 目前很多有關Scrum 的圖片或是插畫, 都是出自本書.

    - Split the work into pieces, write each item on a card and put on the wall
    - Use named columns to illustrate where each item is in the workflow.
    - assign explicit limits to how many items may be in progress at each workflow state.
3. 評量 lead time
    - lead time = average time to complete one item, sometimes called “cycle time"
    - optimize the process to make lead time as small and predictable as possible
.

像是RUP, 它大約有30 roles, over 20 activities, 和 over 70 artifacts, 也就是你有一堆的rules要遵守.
